An in person consultation is an hour long meeting between yourself and your personal trainer where you can get to know each other a little better; and most importantly learn about what you need going forward. In this meeting, we’ll go over a number of topics related to fitness such as your diet, health & fitness goals, mobility, as well as get a bench mark on a variety of fitness assessments.
This consultation is vital to getting to know how to best assist you in reaching your goals and is mandatory before we begin our journey.

Our 8-week fitness plan is an extremely important guide to reach our health & fitness goals.
Every Fitness plan is tailor made to perfectly suit each individuals current abilities and attributes.

Book the time that suits you the best and one of our trainers will be at your doorstep to deliver a fantastic workout. In your PT sessions, the trainer will educate you on your customized fitness program and coach you to the finish line.
*The personal training sessions will be done at your home and we ask for 10′ x 10′ of space for our workouts”
