The first step to your new fitness journey
This 60 minute in-person consultation is a mandatory step in our process to give the best possible fitness plan specific to you.
In this session we’ll go over every facet related to fitness such as diet, current physical condition, goals, and so much more.
We’ll also be doing fitness assessments to get a baseline of where you’re at currently. This will serve as great motivation to see how far you’ve come in a few short months.

As long as you have 10′ x 10′ of free space in your home; then you’ve got your self a gym.
I’ll coach you on safe and proper form and push you to reach your fitness related goals with each session.
Simply book your preferred time, and I’ll be there with all the equipment you need to have a great workout without leaving the house.
